One storybook that I looked at was Law and Order: SSU. I
decided to go with this one, mainly because of the title but also because it
gave a sort of mystery feel to it that I’ve never really looked into
before. I think looking at the different
agent’s profiles gave me some good insight and the author did a great job of
connecting that in the introduction; because I definitely don’t know much about
the people of Ayodha so it will be interesting to learn more about that city.
The next book I decided to look at was Criminal
Investigation. I bet you figured out my pattern by now, but I love mysteries
and the title quickly drew me in. I like how the author made it feel like it
was an actual crime scene but made sure to stay in the context of the different
people he or she was talking about. Reading the file of Bhumi made me feel like
I was on the scene looking at everything the character was. It was definitely something
I enjoyed reading.
Lastly, I looked at Sita: A Song of Valor. I chose this one
because it was something that I didn’t know much about but at the same time was
interested in. I think this story of Sita is very detailed and very interesting.
I really liked the style of the storybook and how the author intertwined her
whole life!I am very interested in knowing about the children, her marriage and just her life in general.
